Of the firearms regulations I favor, only three would affect the average law-abiding citizen: A universal background check (to make sure you're not a felon or domestic abuser); passing a basic firearms safety test (don't care whether you learn safe handling from the NRA or your dad) and a ban on the manufacture of magazines above 15 rounds (no ban on the existing ones but they'll gradually leave the market as they age).
