I think I'm about set. I ended up finding a retired sheriffs deputy. He said to check "concealed carry" and put down the following for reason why: seeking armed security employment, hunting, target shooting.

He said he doubts I'll get the CC but the judge will issue "premises/carry during employment." So now I got my safety class tomorrow and a few papers to get notarized along with finger prints. The process is kinda a pain, but worth it for the job. Thanks for the offer, though.
