No, but it' a great idea to have restrictions on your government though and that's all the BoR is, guardrails for the government. It's been interpreted for over 2 centuries now, mostly correctly in the end, and will continue to be expanded as needed. Damn lucky it has too, otherwise there would be no woman's right to choose, women's suffrage or civil rights among others.

Sure they can. Do you have even a fundamental understanding of how the checks and balances systems works in this country works? The elected legislators pass the law, the executive branch approves it and, if needed, the judicial determines if it's constitutional? This is a case of the judiciary saying "no fucking way Rahm". There is also no known way to get off the list and no one will even confirm whether you are on the list either. So please tell the whole class how the "Crazies" like Ted Kennedy, got on the list and where anyone can go to have their name removed from it?
