And the Soft Footbed models are comfy right out of the box. People with neuropathy (agonizing pain), knee surgeries, foot problems, sore backs - all are helped by Birkenstocks. I am amazed at how good I feel now. I've only been a Birki wearer for a month but I've never been happier!

On one shoe selling website, they have 1000's of reviews. When reading up on Birkenstocks, the reviewers were always asked what other brands they recommend: their answer was frequently Teva and Clarks (90%, of the time).
