as I too had a Cockatiel. I called him Tepair or the little Cheeper Dealer. He was mostly uncaged. He'd snuggle on my shoulder in bed and if I dared move he would peck at my neck at the audacity of disturbing him. I would have coins on my kitchen table and he would pick them up drop them then cock his head to watch them fall onto the floor. I was devastated when he died. Great bird great pal.
