8. Ok here's a scenario

Let's say that the authorities have overwhelming proof that he did it, as they seem to have. He's looking at life without parole, as is the case. Would his attorney try a "head injury from playing football his entire life" type of defense? If so, and the defense was successful, I think it would change football forever.
It's just a scenario a few of us were throwing around the other night while I showed them how to lose at poker.
