My apologies: the video at TMZ had about ten seconds missing, which they lacked either the competency to notice or the journalistic professionalism to point out.

New video of Venus Williams’s deadly car crash supports her claim that she did nothing illegal, Florida cops say.

The Palm Beach Gardens Police said that Williams, 37, drove forward on a green light, but stopped her Toyota Sequoia in the intersection because a Nissan passed in front of her. She then pulled forward and was t-boned by Barsons’s Hyundai Accent...

Venus yielded the right of way to the Nissan by stopping at the first intersection; Barson should have yielded the right of way to Venus at the second intersection. All that stuff about Venus darting through the traffic and around cars to beat the light is incorrect. The Barson family can therefore wave bye-bye to their civil suit payout.
