this area. I bike with a group every Wednesday morning April to November
and with another group one Saturday each month from April-November. We usually ride 20 to 35 miles then
we pick out a good place to eat and have a couple beers. I got into biking because of an injury to
my foot at work, I am retired and 69 years old now, so far this year I have peddled 472 miles. Biking is great exercise
and you meet nice people. Yesterday was a nice day 55 degrees sunny so I did the Wheeling Heritage trail from
Wheeling WV to the Pike Island dam and back total 17.2 miles. Enjoy your biking it's something you can do
even when you get old. Thanks for the reply.
