I give my fear and my upset to my higher power. This is a period of having to be true to ourselves (from now on) and fear and lack of responsibility to self have to clear. As someone who has suffered much, I have also stuffed much, and don't want to "see" it again anytime soon, but it will not otherwise clear. It's time and all I want is peace and distance from that which would interfere.
