I once asked them in a letter to the editor. Leave all that fertilizer like people marrying children, dogs, inanimate objects, etc out of it. Leave all that fertilizer about family values out. How would they personally be affected by gay marriage? I also pointed out that as for destruction of families the straight people were doing that already.
