It's making a comeback on the Internet in particular because there are so many blogs and small websites that engage in historical revisionism without a lot of repercussions. They fly under the radar so to speak but are influencing a lot of people. This goes hand in hand with the rise of anti-Israel and anti-zionist blogs/websites.
