The fracking itself produces smaller seismic events. <= 2.0.

After the Northridge quake in LA I my ears pricked up when a truck went by my apt. complex. Still have a twinge of concern when a train goes by a few hundred yards from where I work and the floor quivers.

Didn't notice the much smaller 2.0s in LA. And Houston doesn't really have quakes.
