So I guess you technically could have a gnostic belief that unicorns and leprechauns don't exist. Personally I don't consider deities any different than any other mythological creature - I have seen no evidence that any exist and I don't waste my time wondering about them.

I find many Theists either have some ludicrous definition of "the Deity" (i.e. fundamentalists)
