of what the locals have know for Decades. The Northeastern part of South Dakota on a calm day has twenty mile per hour winds. Doubt me,just ask one of the locals.

So,finally the Bigstone Coal Burner might be going away? BTW,sub assemblies of Wind Turbines are built in both south western Minnesota and Eastern South Dakota.
