(19,537 posts)... were just about the sum total of those that were pushed out of office in 2010. If the DCCC had really worked with those on the ground to get candidates working for their PEOPLE constituents in their districts, rather than the corporate BS that Emanuel was pushing then, we might have a different story today, both with who controls the House and the various state legislatures, etc. too.
People demonstrated last election why running compromised candidates doesn't work, when many of them got voted out for Republicans in the same states that they passed ballot initiatives like raising the minimum wage, which shows that people wanted change, but those like DWS's corrupt DNC didn't provide those people to vote for which would give them what they wanted.
