It's propaganda pushed by the Clinton campaign and the MSM is playing along. The primary was front-loaded with states favorable to Clinton. The debates were pushed back to the Fall at the same time Clinton aggressively pursued early voting before most voters had a chance to know who the hell Bernie Sanders is. This primary was rigged from the get-go on behalf of the "inevitable," thoroughly compromised, and ultimately weaker candidate.
