If HRC wins the general, can she get her server back from the FBI? [View all]

**A GD moderator specifically told me to move this post to GDP**

She implemented her private server since she didn't like using (or didn't know how to use) the classified secure network. If she wins the general election, she will need the server back so that she can conduct presidential business. Is it in the president's power to order the FBI to return personal property?
