remove him from office for misconduct for violating DoJ policy? In conducting his hastily called press conference in order to "explain the findings in the Clinton case" , he providing information that he had no right to provide to the Congress and the public and by doing so, prejudiced Sec Clinton in the public arena. As that other guy, Jason Herring (Acting Asst Director DoJ, FBI, Office of Congressional Affairs) said in that follow up letter to Congress, posted on DU the other day, the conduct of Hillary Clinton and some of her staff members was described by FBI Director Comey as "extremely careless" as a common sense way of describing that conduct, but that conduct does not meet the legal standard of "gross negligence" required by the statute, which is why no one involved was recommended for prosecution for any actions reviewed in the case.
