I also remember the huge arguments I got into in college when one of my professors decided to go off on a rant as to how Bill ruined the US' reputation in the world.
The fact that he was supported by 2 or 3 ex-military students in class really drove home to me how much progress can be overlooked by hateful little minds.
I haven't seen those people in almost 20 years, but they scare me. They would be Trump voters in this day and age.
Don't underestimate the Republican fall in line mentality. It's irrational.
