We will be placed at likely points where trouble may occur. They have been emphatic however fhat we should not endanger ourselves intervening or obtrusively documenting incidents. We will have lines of cimmunication to report problems, and resources we can call in if necessary. If there is a Voter Protection observor outsid your precinct, you would be better off reporting a problem to them, rather than getting involved yourself.
