I have mentioned it before, but I have a good friend who was very close to Biden during his last campaign. HE knows Joe and I asked him about this earlier this year (Superbowl Sunday, to be exact).
He said Joe does;t want to run again and risk losing a third time. He's got a sweet gig right now and is loving what he is doing.
I would love to see him in the race, but I simply do not see it happening.
