there is more to it. Let's forget for a moment all
her admirers, and look at what is happening to
the country, and who wants to keep the status quo.

Those are the powers pushing and supporting her.
When the repugs quietly say they would be satisfied
with either HRC or Jebbie, then you know, who and
what is pulling the strings behind the scenes, imo.
