I've been on DU since forever- I'm thinking right at the beginning of 43's term- but never felt the need to post. Since I left Facebook on Nov 9, for obvious reasons, I've decided to become more active here. I know the rules of the road, and I'll do my best not to be an accidental jerk.

About me- 54 year old NYer, atheist, extremely liberal, married 26 years, occupation comedy hypnotist. Cat lover, Mets fan, etc.

Happy to be a part of a sane community here, and hoping we'll be celebrating Trump's impeachment before the winter snow melts. 😀
