7. Analogy

I have posted along these lines before but it bears repeating. Two months ago I still classified myself as conservative. Today I am an enthusiastic progressive. Why? I feel like Jim Carey on the Truman Show. I was happy in my phony little world getting all worked up over whatever the manipulators decided I needed to get excited about. Then some liberal friends challenged me and I allowed Sanders to explain how things really are. Now I am on here rooting for progressives who started all this to stand firm. There is a sea change coming folks. If not now it WILL come. I am not the only Jim Carey out here. We will win if we stick to our guns.

I truly look up to you progressives. You are standing for something and you are right!! I have been looking into things like Fracking and realized you guys have been right about that among many other things. Fracking is so bad I am amazed there is even a debate about it.

So I continue to brag about you guys to my conservative friends. I have a handful that have come over like me and the others think I have lost my mind. It is never easy to lead as Sanders knows too well. It is never easy to be trailblazers. It is never easy to stand alone but take heart. You are not standing alone.
