If you are registered to vote in Iowa--you can walk into your precinct the night of the caucus and switch your party affiliation to Democrat. It takes ten minutes.

Many people will be doing this. It happens every year. Independents make up the largest block of voters in Iowa. Independents who want to caucus for Bernie can fill out the card to switch to the Dem party and caucus for him. It's very easy.
