Michigan (June): Biden and Sanders both lead Trump by 12. Buttigieg by 6, Warren by 4, Harris by 3.
Pennsylvania (May): Biden by 11, Sanders by 7, Warren by 3, Buttigieg by 1, Harris even.
Wisconsin (March): Biden by 8, Sanders and Warren by 4, Harris even (Buttigieg not polled)
...and I suspect Warren, Buttigieg, and Harris will go up from those numbers over time, as all currently suffer weaker name recognition compared to the others.
