...as Rachel M. pointed out, after last week's SCOTUS ruling about gerrymandering, whichever party has majorities in state legislatures draws the voting districts for the next 10 years based on the census. That's why the GOP victories in 2010 - the last census - were so significant. This whole thing could easily spiral out of control into permanent GOP rule. <shudder>
