This was Nancy saying "Bless their hearts" to it's advocates because it won't pass Congress anytime soon. It's pretty reckless for candidates to go around promising M4A will become a reality under their administration because they won't be able to deliver and it's not popular with the overall population.
If I were to vote in a presidential
