Let's start with the resolution that lead to the Iraq War... that got done, true. The Crime Bill, along with Draconian drug laws and so-called justice reform that contributed to mass incarceration of minorities... yes, that got done. Changes to U.S. bankruptcy laws and banking regulations that helped create record wealth inequality... that also got done. The treatment of Anita Hill and the over-all handling of the Thomas confirmation hearings.... check.

The list goes on, proving that getting things done is not necessarily a positive and these things need to be vetted BEFORE the votes are counted. Of course, there are positives in Joe's favor that also need to be weighed.
