Has this ever happened to any of you?

My phone is set to block incoming calls from numbers not in my directory of trusted numbers, but calls from numbers not in my trusted numbers list still show up in my Caller ID log. I got a call yesterday from a number that was not among my trusted numbers and, looking at my Caller ID log, I found it was a local number. I decided to call the number and, when I did, I got the following message:

"The number you have dialed is not in service."

What???!!!
