For Thelma!!!!

This is great! Warm, human, accessible, easy-to-relate-to. What many refer to as "the common touch." Love this!!!!!!

I am no longer interested in supporting someone who sends valentines to rand paul.

That disgraceful stunt was the last straw. Does she not get that rand paul is NOT her friend and is NOT interested in what she cares about? Guess not.

Oh for God's SAKE!!!

We HAVE TO stop that damn law. Or else we ALL will be at risk. Not just teenagers with dark skin. Those who get too comfy with the idea of taking it upon themselves to settle things once-and-for-all - will not stop otherwise. And even if the law is done away with, some of 'em will still do it, but then we can at least have a better chance of locking them up for a good long time!

That's about it for his "brains."

Or what passes for them anyway.

There's one teabagger who's a complete melon-head. A SEEDY melon-head at that.

The right to choose and the right to vote.

The Democrats are into those things. The republi-CONS not so much. Every time somebody blathers to me the moldy old standby - "meh, both parties alike. They're all the same, blah-blah-blah," that's my response. And I can certainly go on down the list from there, but both of those are at the TOP. Even if the difference is no more than that, that's enough for me.

No. Never have.

Wouldn't want to see it, and wouldn't be interested. A man's weiner is not what turns me on. It's what's inside his other head (the one at the upper end of his neck) that intrigues me.

THIS.^^^^

Then we could put it all out there - about his molestation and sexual abuse of his cousin. Sorry doesn't cut it, Zimbo you racist, murderous, cowardly, opportunistic infection!

Lol!

Yep! Love how you put that! May have to steal it...

Damn. Sorry to hear of his illness.

He was always available to speak to us reporters whenever we'd need a comment or reaction about something from the "Simpsons" department. Always friendly and cooperative. And now leaving a legacy for the Least of These.

Welcome to DU, Joo!

Hey, you rhyme!

Glad you're here! MANY strong feelings stirred up around this case, and the whole infuriating tragedy of it. Many of us wear our hearts on our keyboards regarding issues like this one. It's been awfully hard for me to wrap my mind around - what's happened and the injustice of it. You can be wincing about this all day whether it's just the isolated incident of Trayvon Martin's murder, OR if you extrapolate out the larger issues and problems and societal sickness of prejudice and racism, from which too much of America still suffers. It's just incredibly distressing, at least to me. I was so thrilled with what I thought was the progress America and Americans had made. I thought we'd come so far, turned a page, grown up a little as a nation. Conquered one of our demons and moved beyond it, leaving it permanently in history's garbage dump. Sadly, no such luck.
