About Me

Female. Retired. Wife-Mom-Grandma. Approx. 30 years in broadcasting, at least 20 of those in news biz. Taurus. Loves chocolate - preferably without nuts or cocoanut. Animal lover. Rock-hound from pre-school age. Proud Democrat for life. Ardent environmentalist and pro-choicer. Hoping to use my skills set for the greater good. Still married to the same guy for 40+ years. Probably because he's a proud Democrat, too. Penmanship absolutely stinks, so I'm glad I'm a fast typist! I will always love Hillary and she will always be my President.

Just hang in there for a few more days.

One way or another, this part of the wild ride ends next week.

It’ll be either “roll up yer sleeves... “ or “Celebrate! And THEN roll up yer sleeves!”

LOTS of work ahead, either way.

Andy Borowitz!

Those are beauties!

Very nicely done!

Glad you took pictures!

The more Democrats in power, the more easily these goals

can be achieved.

And the more people in need can finally get some help!

Yep. THIS.

Eyes on the Prize, guys.

VOTE if you haven’t already.

Help somebody else vote, too, if they haven’t already.

Stay alert for any and all bullshit talking points and be ready to refute them.

And DO NOT become complacent.

The work’s not done yet.

And, frankly, the work’s not done even when it is - by next Tuesday night.

BOOM!

That was MAGNIFICENT!

I'm so sorry, Clash ...

Thank you for allowing us to keep this vigil with you. You’re not alone in this struggle.

They can't help who their humans are.

My sympathies to them. To their humans, not so much.

But I won’t care much WHAT they think. I’ll be too busy celebrating, and plotting new “ask” subjects and strategies for our next Call to Action emails.

And there’s some big fat piece of chocolate out there with my name on it...
