Is Berniemania about what Bernie offers? or...

Is it more about what or who he isn't?

Much of the contents of this evenings threads seems to be about trying to convince everyone that he is not Hillary. At least that is my observation.

Kentucky fans keep licking Devin Booker's car door

The weird Kentucky fandom continues.

Kentucky fans have decided now is the time to lick players' cars:

Apparently this all started during an autograph signing in Kentucky, which Booker explained in an interview:

Um, someone told me "they did something to your car out there, I'm not gonna tell you," so i said "What was it?" and they said "a girl licked your car."

So now a bunch of people are licking his car.

A Republican President in 2016 will mean war

I just want to put that on record that if a republican is elected in 2016, they will take this country to war.

If not Iran, some other middle east country will be a victim of the militarism of a GOP President. All the current clowns in the GOP clown car, support bombing Iran and they are all funded by the military industrial complex.

Bookmark this and then come back to it in 4 years if there is a republican president, we will be at war.

Robert Schuller, Crystal Cathedral megachurch founder, dies

ARTESIA, Calif. (AP) — The Rev. Robert H. Schuller, the Southern California televangelist and author who beamed his upbeat messages on faith and redemption to millions from his landmark Crystal Cathedral only to see his empire crumble in his waning years, has died. He was 88.

Schuller died early Thursday at a care facility in Artesia, daughter Carol Schuller Milner said. In 2013, Schuller was diagnosed with a tumor in his esophagus that had spread to his lymph nodes and began treatment.

Final Four coaches release statement on Indiana's new law

All four head coaches of the Final Four teams in the Men's NCAA Tournament released a statement Wednesday, defending the NCAA's stance on Indiana's new religious freedom law.

"We are aware of the recent actions in Indiana and have made a point to talk about this sensitive and important issue among ourselves and with our teams. Each of us strongly supports the positions of the NCAA and our respective institutions on this matter — that discrimination of any kind should not be tolerated. As a part of America's higher education system, college basketball plays an important role in diversity, equality, fairness and inclusion, and will continue to do so in the future."

The four coaches, Kentucky's John Calipari, Michigan State's Tom Izzo, Wisconsin's Bo Ryan and Duke's Mike Krzyzewski, made the statement during a conference call. Their statement defends the one the NCAA released soon after the bill was signed.

Memories Pizza could become a memory - Indiana Pizzeria Won’t Serve Same-Sex Marriages

A local Indiana ABC station spoke to a pizzeria Tuesday night who will not serve to same-sex marriages after the Indiana law was passed.

"If a gay couple came in and wanted us to provide pizzas for their wedding, we would have to say no," Memories Pizza owner Crystal O'Connor told ABC 57. "We are a Christian establishment."

O'Connor said the business is not discriminating against anybody, but she and her family has her beliefs and other people are entitled to their own.

"We definitely agree with the bill," she added, saying she doesn't think the bill targets gays or discriminates but instead protects businesses like hers who have a religious belief.

With attitudes like this, they could easily become only a memory.
