AMC Theatres to Change Movie Ticket Prices Based on Seat Location
At your next visit to AMC Theatres, getting a prime seat may cost you a little extra.
The countrys largest exhibition chain is rolling out Sightline at AMC, a ticket pricing initiative based on seat location within the auditorium. Similar to music concerts, sporting events or Broadway, moviegoers will have the option to pay more or less for admission depending on where they choose to sit in the venue. In effect, front row seats will be available at a lower price, while seats in the middle of the theater will be available at a higher price.
The initiative kicks off on Friday at select AMC locations in New York, Chicago and Kansas City and will be expanded to all domestic AMC locations by the end of the year.
There will be three different seat-pricing options. The first is Standard Sightline, described as the seats that are the most common in auditoriums and are available for the traditional cost of a ticket. Then theres Value Sightline, referred to as seats in the front row of the auditorium, as well as select ADA seats in each auditorium, and are available at a lower price than standard sightline seats. (Value Sightline pricing is only available to AMC Stubs members, including the free tier membership.) The third option is Preferred Sightline, which are the seats in the middle of the auditorium and are priced at a premium to standard sightline seats. AMC Stubs A-List members will be able to reserve seats in the Preferred Sightline Section at no additional cost.

Colin Kaepernick launches new initiative to offer autopsies for police-related deaths
February 24, 2022
Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick announced the start of a new initiative to offer free second autopsies to family members of anyone whose death is "police-related."
The Autopsy Initiative, offered through Kaepernick's Know Your Rights Camp organization, will provide free, secondary autopsies conducted by board-certified pathologists who will disclose the preliminary findings and issue the final autopsy reports to families.
The autopsy can be requested by anyone with a close relationship with the victim such as a spouse, partner, relative, close friend or lawyer. The autopsy must be authorized by a legal representative, according to the organization.
The initiative will eliminate any concerns from the originally given autopsy, ensuring that it was conducted without any biases or errors and that any evidence wasn't manipulated giving the victim's family a clear picture of what happened.

Based on what we uncovered in Kern County, we created the Autopsy Initiative which provides free second autopsies to families who lost loved ones in police killings. We have completed over 40 autopsies since the program launched last year #KillingCounty

@POTUS took my hand and said: YOU are American. Thanks for choosing us

I got an official photo with President Biden earlier but wanted to come back a second time to support my President during his speech to the DNC

HAMILTON, Ohio - Do you have a crappy ex? An animal shelter in Ohio wants to help you get over the pain of a breakup.
The Animal Friend Humane Society will allow people to write their exs name in a cat litterbox for a $5 donation to the shelter.
The litter box will then be given to cats for them to do their business.
The shelter will accept donations until February 12, and on Valentines Day they will post a video on Facebook of all the names they received.
