Democrats need to start playing hardball

Republicans are slimy and use every trick in the law to get what they want or to hold up process....Democrats need to start using these same tactics and stop treating the Republicans as distinguished colleagues...I read somewhere where Pelosi can reject to seat an elected House member....the rule was probably established only to be used in extraordinary circumstances when you had a member who a criminal or had done something very wrong, but that is the kind of rule that Republicans would use to get what they want...we need to start being as vindictive as them or nothing will change...they will continue to know that we are weak and won’t do anything....regardless of what Democrats do, the MSM always play the ‘both sides’ meme, so why not start acting like both sides are guilty

With all these stupid and absurd Republican lawsuits. And I don’t trust the SCOTUS at all.....all these claims of fraud or the unconstitutionality of state election laws isn’t about that...it all about we lost because black people in swing states voted and we don’t like that so we are going to sue

Question about the SCOTUS and Pennsylvania

So I just read that Alito moved up the PA response to the safe harbor day. My question is that if the SCOTUS does decide to invalidate Pennsylvania (I don’t trust Alito, Thomas, Barrett, kavanaugh or gorsuch) why would it matter if the other states are also passed that same date....yeah, it would suck and give Trump and his ilk something to rally on, but the other states would be decided.

Trump is always projecting, so all this talk about the “deep state” these last 4 years, I fear that he is creating a real deep state during this lame duck period.
