Indicted Giuliani Goon Buddy Parnas IG Shows Close Ties To Trump

Lev Parnas' Instagram has photos documenting close ties to Giuliani and Trump as far back as 2016.

........

It seems indicted Trump donor Lev Parnas has been documenting his close ties with Rudy Colludy and, by proxy, Donald, on his personal Instagram account since way back in 2015. The Wall Street Journal reports that his second-ever post on the site shows him next to Ivana Trump, and many photos of him living the high life with Giuliani in private jets, at Yankee Stadium, traveling the world, and yes — at Trump campaign events, with VIP access. He even posts photos of Trump Tower with the caption "Home away from home."

Remember how Donald said he didn't know Parnas? Who he is or what he does? Well, thanks to this WSJ reporting (and basically, our knowledge of his lying lies whenever he ever opens his lying liar mouth), we know this is not true.

......................:

In an Instagram post from August 2018, Parnas displayed a note that was signed by both the president and first lady Melania Trump that thanked him for his political work.

“Thank you for your friendship and dedication to our cause,” the president and first lady wrote. “Leaders like you in Florida are the key to fulfilling our bold agenda to Make America Great Again!”.........................................

The real reason for Trump's decision was because some G7 members had security problems, they were told the Doral Resort was bugged.

• The Senate Judiciary Committee advanced the nomination of a 37-year-old Brett Kavanaugh defender who was rated “not qualified” by the American Bar Association to be a judge. If confirmed, Justin Walker would be the fourth “not qualified” judge the president has elevated to a lifetime federal court seat amid an avalanche of appointments that will radically alter the makeup and jurisprudence of American courts for decades. ..............................

Pompeo Trashes Impeachment Inquiry, Says Benghazi Probe Was Fairer

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo attacked the House of Representatives’ impeachment inquiry in an interview with Politico on Friday, arguing that House Republicans’ probe of Benghazi treated the State Department better than Democrats’ current investigation.

“They’re not letting State Department lawyers in the room,” he told Politico. “They have not let State Department lawyers be part of these hearings.”

“That’s unheard of,” the secretary added. “I haven’t seen you all report that.”

Democrats have asserted that the House has the authority to not to have executive branch lawyers present for the hearings.

Then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was famously interviewed publicly for 11 hours as part of the Benghazi probe. Then-Congressman Pompeo sat on the select committee that investigated the matter. Pompeo, meanwhile, has not complied with a House subpoena for documents in the impeachment inquiry......... .................

Rudy Giuliani was photographed with his now-indicted Ukrainian associate Lev Parnas at former president George H.W. Bush's state funeral service at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC, last December, a high-profile event that drew former presidents and world leaders.

Jeb Bush, the former Florida governor and George H.W. Bush's son, said the Bush family didn't intend for Parnas to be there.

Parnas "was not invited,” Bush told BuzzFeed News in an email. “Rudy was and it is likely that he was Rudy’s guest. Disappointing.”

Parnas — along with his associate Igor Fruman — was arrested last week and charged with conspiring to evade federal laws regulating campaign contributions from foreign nationals. Both men worked with Giuliani to push the Ukrainian government to investigate Joe Biden and his son Hunter.

Another photo reported to be from the George H.W. Bush's state funeral service appears to show that Fruman was also in attendance........

Friends With Benefits: Donald and Rudy’s Long, Strange Partnership

For decades, the two ambitious New Yorkers have found ways to use each other’s celebrity to stoke their own.

Long, long before he was Donald Trump’s personal attorney and devoted defender, Rudy Giuliani wasn’t exactly a fan. The first time, actually, he invoked Trump’s name in a high-profile, high-stakes setting, Giuliani was the prosecutor in a public corruption case.

The setting was the federal courthouse in New Haven, Connecticut, in 1986. Giuliani was the top gun from the Southern District of New York. And the main defendant, accused of taking kickbacks from companies for whom he helped score contracts with the city’s Parking Violations Bureau, was Stanley Friedman—a former deputy mayor, the Democratic Party chair in the Bronx and a lobbyist who the year before had netted nearly a million dollars. He typically sported a goatee, pinstriped suits with a pocket square and glasses with his initials in rhinestones. He spent his days on the phone, chain-chomping cigars, a human hub of old-style favor-trading. “A bribe broker,” Giuliani called him. “A force to be reckoned with,” his own attorney would grant in his memoir. And the perch from which Friedman presided was his office at the law firm of one of his closest associates, Roy Cohn, and one of his most prominent clients was Cohn’s most noted mentee—Donald Trump.

Trump wasn’t on trial but Giuliani didn’t do his reputation any favors. Giuliani sketched for the jury what he called this “cesspool of corruption,” this tale of “plunder,” this story of “the buying and selling of public office.” Knitting the men together, Giuiliani cast Trump as a preeminent beneficiary of Friedman’s expansive, crooked clout.

“During the latter part of time that you were deputy mayor,” Giuliani posed, referring to Friedman’s official capacity in the late 1970s in the administration of Trump family friend Mayor Abe Beame, “You had meetings with Roy Cohn and talked about joining his law firm, isn’t that correct?”..................................

Trump suffers rare international rebuke in a withering statement from multiple European countries

Source: rawraw story

Published 6 hours ago on October 18, 2019

Leaders from Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the European Parliament, and the United States joined together on Friday to issue a damning statement condemning President Donald Trump and Turkey for the ongoing atrocities in northern Syria.

In the statement, the chairs of foreign affairs committees from each governing body said they consider Turkey’s recent incursion into Syria targeting the Kurdish people to be “military aggression and a violation of international law.”

They continued: “The Turkish offensive is causing suffering for the local people who are forced to flee and a further instability in Syria and the neighboring region.”

After effectively giving the green light to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to invade the region after withdrawing American troops more than a week ago, President Donald Trump has tried to defend his decision and claim that he is working with Turkey to resolve the conflict. But observers argued that the agreement the Trump administration reached with Erdogan on Thursday, which Vice President Mike Pence called a “ceasefire,” was in fact just a complete capitulation to Turkey’s wishes and a betrayal of the Kurds.......................................

#BedBugSummit Trends After Allegation of Infestation at Trump's Doral Resort Resurfaces Ahead of G7 Summit

By Jessica Kwong On 10/18/19 at 10:45 AM EDT

The hashtag #BedBugSummit was trending on Twitter Friday after users promoted a past allegation of bed bugs at President Donald Trump's golf resort in Doral, Florida, in the wake of his decision to hold the Group of 7 (G7) summit at his property.

"Bring the leaders of the free world to Doral, he said. What could go wrong, he said," tweeted songwriter Holly Figueroa O'Reilly, founder of Blue Wave Crowdsource, which supports Democratic candidates.

Twitter users began using the hashtag Thursday after White House acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney announced that the G7 summit would take place at Trump's Doral resort because it was "far and away the best physical facility for this meeting." Immediately, Americans criticized Trump for what will undoubtedly be profit to his own business.

O'Reilly had shared a story from January 2017 about the Trump Organization reaching a settlement on a lawsuit from a business traveler who sued after staying at Trump National Doral Miami and getting bed bugs all over his arms, back and face..............................
