I lived in NYC in the mid-80's. Some of my favorite lifetime memories were lived on the

streets of NYC... I <3 NY

Good for NYC for making it happen for all children...

not just for some there. I'm so happy...

First offenders should get help to work with the troubles that got them there..

It's the right thing

to do.. We fail miserably when we allow this kind of thief

of our children, who will someday be our leaders, and eventually our only hope..

Give them something to work with... Education should not have to be bought..

Like heath care, it is necessary to move forward...Lets take care of our future,

and our children's future..
