Nancy on Bernie...

New York Post, 2-26-2020

" Nancy Pelosi says she doesn’t mind Bernie Sanders as Democratic nominee "

" House Speaker Nancy Pelosi suggested Wednesday that Democrats should stop freaking out about Bernie Sanders winning the party’s presidential nomination — and said she wasn’t worried about losing her House majority if he did. "

...Nancy doesn't appear to be too worried about Bernie or losing the House...

...I trust Nancy...

Congratulations BERNIE!

...for being the most forceful, articulate, civil and Presidential...

...while many were attacking you, and while the moderators wouldn't let you respond, and while you had the floor they often cut you off, you remained calm, under control, civil and Presidential...

...while many seemed to be burning the bridges they would need for the Presidency or to govern in the future, you remained calm, under control, civil and Presidential...

...you did an excellent job in getting out our message and for being on topic considering what was basically a free-for-all food fight...

...the debate moderators were grossly incompetent and disrespectful to us and our Party for the carnival atmosphere...

...the one positive note I believe is that people love carnivals and free-for-all food fights but a debate considered worthy of being called Presidential, I don't think so...

...IMO, you now have the best chance of all the candidates to hold this Party together to take on trump in the Fall...

...Godspeed, BERNIE...

Instead of tearing down Bernie...

...why don't we figure out ways to help him beat Trump?

...for example, Bernie's much more conservative than Trump...

...Bernie never fondled Fidel like Trump fondles Kimmy...

...Bernie can and will beat Trump...

...but getting a little help from us wouldn't hurt...

Bernie clearly won the debate...

...Bernie was clear, strong and concise...take a look

" Bernie Sanders showed us he’s a very skilled politician "

" Sen. Bernie Sanders is a highly skilled politician, and at Friday night’s debate he showed it.

The Democratic Party is polarized right now between Bernie fans who insist that democratic socialism is the way forward and an establishment that’s terrified Sanders will bring electoral doom. The truth, however, is a bit more boring. Far-left politics isn’t really a winning hand, but Sanders himself is an effective player who consistently outperforms the partisan fundamentals in his races.

Those talents were on display Friday evening at the New Hampshire debate, where he stayed relentlessly on message, emphasized the popular aspects of his agenda, and avoided major pitfalls. As long as he can avoid the trap of believing too much of his own hype, he has the ability to craft a winning message for November. "

...Bernie can do it...I like Bernie...

kudos to Nancy...

...trump parades in, ignores her, then hands her his speech...

...all during trump's speech Nancy looked as if she was doing her taxes or making out her grocery list...

...at the end, after an hour an a half of trump droning on and on, she rips up his speech and tosses it on the podium...

...beautiful...

…you've got to love her...

Big Money, IMO...

...Big Money is everywhere...

...they want a seat at the table no matter who wins in November...

...if Bernie wins, they'll have at seat, but it won't be at the table...it'll be in the back of the room...

...that's why the people love Bernie...he's working for us....

...I'm convinced Big Money would rather see four more years of trump than see Bernie as President...

...and Big Money will work to that end...

...but how about you?

...when Bernie wins the nomination this Summer are you prepared to vote for Bernie in the Fall?

...I am...

Suggestions for Democrats at the SOTU address...

...when trump says anything offensive or out of line, don't boo, LAUGH...

...when trump lies and distorts facts, don't groan, COUGH...

...when the pukes stand and cheer something stupid the dear leader said, LAUGH & COUGH...

...should trump take a lengthy brain-fart pause between blurbs, leave no silence, APPLAUD...

...should trump attack Democrats for anything, STOMP THE FLOOR...

...what did I leave out?

...

Was impeachment worth it?

...we proved trump was a criminal (with facts and evidence) and that republicans have bestowed trump with dictatorial powers to undermine our future elections and more...

...as facts, witnesses and evidence emerge, Democrats will now have the opportunity to discuss this at length with conviction and credibility going forward to November...

...impeachment has demonstrate in the public mind a very important fact,

...the Democratic Party is not only on the right side of history, the Constitution and America with impeachment, we're strong enough and fearless enough to challenge the autocratic and dictatorial rule of trump and the republicans...we're more than capable in image and grit...

...to have done nothing would have displayed weakness, fear and cowardness in the face of trump's impeachable acts and agression…

...thanks to Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Representative Adam Schiff and the brave group of Managers, we have conclusively demonstrated that we are not only the Party of true American values, the Constitution and American freedom, we are the Party capable and willing to kick trump's ass and hold him accountable...

Was impeachment worth it?

...IMO, more than worth it....

...what do you say?

...

January 30, 1933...

...to let trump's actions stand without removal from office will fundamentally alter our Constitution and country...Republicans will have, for all intents and purposes, turned the Presidency into a 'dictatorship' totally above the law...

...Justice Dept. can't charge a sitting President with a crime and any President will now be free to ignore Congressional subpoenas and oversight while thwarting any Congressional investigations into his crimes, rendering the impeachment clause impotent...

...i.e., the President's above the law...can do no wrong...can do whatever he wants...no one can stop him...

...where would we be without Adam Schiff and the Managers making the case for the saving of the Republic?...this is no small moment in history, folks...

...to me, this ranks up there with the American Revolution and Civil War...turning an accountable Presidency into a dictator or monarch will change our country forever...

...let's look back to what I believe is a similar situation and time,

History, this day January 30, 1933
…………..

" Hitler’s emergence as chancellor on January 30, 1933, marked a crucial turning point for Germany and, ultimately, for the world. His plan, embraced by much of the German population, was to do away with politics and make Germany a powerful, unified one-party state. He began immediately, ordering a rapid expansion of the state police, the Gestapo, and putting Hermann Goering in charge of a new security force, composed entirely of Nazis and dedicated to stamping out whatever opposition to his party might arise. From that moment on, Nazi Germany was off and running, and there was little Hindenburg or von Papen—or anyone—could do to stop it."

…………….

...let's hope the Republicans get real serious and reflect upon what they're about to do...if they don't, we have a lot of nasty shit in our future to look forward to...

...let's hope they come to their senses...

Could Bernie benefit from Trump's aquittal?

...Bernie's at or near the top of the pack...

...Bernie's name hasn't been dragged through the horrible mud of impeachment...

...the contrast between Bernie and trump is much greater than the contrast between Bernie and pence...

...I think Bernie would truly benefit from an acquittal of trump...

...what do you think?

...could Bernie benefit from trump's acquittal?

...
