BornADemocrat's JournalNow 2.5 Million vote lead, 2% win
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/133Eb4qQmOxNvtesw2hdVns073R68EZx4SfCnP4IGQf8/htmlview?sle=truePretty decisive win IMO; seems likely she just needed to appeal more to everyday blue collar economy/jobs issues and she would have carried the rust belt states. Shame we underestimated their ability to be duped by a lying piece of shit who said what they wanted to hear.
Uh-Oh, it seems like this place is going through the finger-pointing stage
Later, man.
Coping with Chaos in the White House (Narcissistic Personality Disorder)
...
I want to talk a little about narcissistic personality disorder. Ive unfortunately had a great deal of experience with it, and Im feeling badly for those of you who are trying to grapple with it for the first time because of our president-elect, who almost certainly suffers from it or a similar disorder. If I am correct, it has some very particular implications for the office. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
1) Its not curable and its barely treatable. He is who he is. There is no getting better, or learning, or adapting. Hes not going to rise to the occasion for more than maybe a couple hours. So just put that out of your mind.
2) He will say whatever feels most comfortable or good to him at any given time. He will lie a lot, and say totally different things to different people. Stop being surprised by this. While its important to pretend good faith and remind him of promises, as Bernie Sanders and others are doing, thats for his supporters, so *they* can see the inconsistency as it comes. He wont care. So if youre trying to reconcile or analyze his words, dont. Its 100% not worth your time. Only pay attention to and address his actions.
3) You can influence him by making him feel good. There are already people like Bannon who appear ready to use him for their own ends. The GOP is excited to try. Watch them, not him. President Obama, in his wisdom, may be treating him well in hopes of influencing him and averting the worst. If he gets enough accolades for better behavior, he might continue to try it. But dont count on it.

Signs removed
I was all set to reflexively flip the bird at a Trump house I drive by regularly. To my surprise, the 2 DJT signs had been removed from the lawn, yet 3 other signs were replanted in an orderly fashion.
I'm hoping this bodes well for tonight.
HuffPost Forecasts Hillary Clinton Will Win With 323 Electoral Votes
Democrats stand a strong chance of taking control of the Senate as well.
11/07/2016 06:51 pm ET
The HuffPost presidential forecast model gives Democrat Hillary Clinton a 98.2 percent chance of winning the presidency. Republican Donald Trump has essentially no path to an Electoral College victory.
Clintons win will be substantial, but not overwhelming. The model projects that shell garner 323 electoral votes to Trumps 215.

Florida, Nevada and North Carolina have leaned toward Clinton in the polling averages. The forecast in recent weeks, along with the strength of early voting numbers, makes it seem very likely that these will stay with her. All three states are more than 80-percent likely to swing Democratic. New Hampshire polls have wavered recently, but the HuffPost model still predicts those four electoral votes will go to Clinton with more than 90 percent certainty. And Clinton should fairly easily hold onto Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
That leaves Ohio as the last critical state. Its the closest in the race, according to the HuffPost forecast model. Trump leads by just 1 point, and the polling trend has moved toward the GOP in the last few weeks. The HuffPost model gives Trump about a 70 percent chance of winning the state. In the event that Clintons ground game stimulates turnout and pulls Ohio in her direction ― which is not out of the question ― shell get 341 electoral votes.
