Will nominating Hillary hand the White House to the GOP?

I'm worried that if Hillary is the nominee she will lose in November. I know it's early, but all the polls have Consistently shown Hillary losing to most of the republican candidates in the general election. Another thing that concerns me is her negative favorability ratings. I just don't see how she's electable.
