Trump refused to pay winner of a 2010 golf contest his $1M prize

Source: NY Daily News

It was a million dollar shot until it wasn’t.

Donald Trump once refused to pay a winner of a hole-in-one contest $1 million during a 2010 golf tournament, prompting the competition’s angry winner to sue the mogul, recently unearthed documents from the lawsuit show.

And when the GOP nominee finally settled the suit for $158,000, he did so with money from his charitable foundation, which is illegal.

The claims add to mounting allegations surrounding Trump’s ethics as a businessman as well as the legal and ethical questions surrounding his charity, the Donald J. Trump Foundation.

Trump needs to be the subject of several criminal investigations over the use of charity money.

Bernie: "Trump happens not to think that climate change is real. Clinton takes it seriously."

Bernie sat with The Nation and said a Trump Presidency would be a disaster.

He also said that Clinton making college tuition free for those earning under $125,000 is "pretty revolutionary".

Florida poll: Clinton leads Trump by 5 points

Source: CNN

Drawing enormous support from the state's non-white voters, Hillary Clinton holds a 5-point edge over Donald Trump in Florida, according to a new poll from Monmouth University out Tuesday.

The poll found Clinton leading Trump among likely voters in the crucial battleground, 46%-41%. Libertarian Party nominee Gary Johnson and Green Party nominee Jill Stein, both of whom will be on Florida's ballot, drew 6% and 1%, respectively.

Monmouth's poll produced another unfavorable finding for Trump: 54% of Florida voters believe the GOP nominee's recent turnabout on President Barack Obama's origins was made for political reasons. Only 24% think Trump believes that Obama is a natural-born citizen.

Hillary Clinton Regains Momentum Against Donald Trump: Poll

Source: NBC News

Back on the campaign trail after being diagnosed with pneumonia and a subsequent break from campaigning, Hillary Clinton plugged her leaking lead against Donald Trump, according to this week's NBC News|SurveyMonkey Weekly Election Tracking Poll.

She now enjoys 50 percent support among likely voters and Trump has 45 percent support.

As the first votes have already been cast via absentee and early voting in several states across the country, the NBC News|SurveyMonkey Weekly Election Tracking Poll will now report out results using a likely voter screen instead of just registered voters. Previously, we reported out results among respondents who indicated they were registered to vote.

The race looks slightly narrower among likely voters than it does among all registered voters in a two-way match up. Among likely voters, 50 percent support Clinton and 45 percent support Trump. Among registered voters, she holds a 6-point lead over Trump — 49 percent to 43 percent. Last week, Clinton led Trump by 4 points among registered voters, 48 percent to 44 percent.

She's ahead by 5% even including Johnson/Stein.

This further proves that the LA Times/USC poll is a fraud

Ralph Nader: Bernie Sanders' Opposition to Third Parties is Why His Movement is in Disarray

Source: Democracy Now

AMY GOODMAN: That is Senator Sanders. Ralph Nader, your response?

RALPH NADER: Well, it is the time for Senator Sanders to mobilize, as he can, all his supporters around the country with mass rallies to put the heat on both candidates. Is anything wrong with that? He should have a mass rally in the Mall and then spread it all over the country, so you have civic pressure, citizen pressure, coming in on all the candidates to further the just pathways of our society. Why doesn’t he do that? Because, you know, Bernie Sanders hasn’t returned a call from me in 18 years. He’s a lone ranger. He doesn’t like to be pushed into more progressive action than he is willing to adhere to. As a result, millions of his voters now are in disarray. They don’t know where to go. They’re cynical. Some will go Democrat. Some will support Libertarian, Green. Some will stay home. And so this huge, wonderful effort that he launched is now aborted. It’s dissipating. So, it isn’t a matter of either/or; it’s a matter of him cutting out from the accolades to Hillary, which he doesn’t like to do—he doesn’t like to be a robot or run around the country that way—and mobilize the citizenry, which will transcend the election and start something effective after the election.

Warning: NYT poll was conducted before Birther-gate

The last 3-4 days have been devastating to Donald Trump as he has been caught in lies regarding his denial of President Obama's birthplace.

Yet, Hillary Clinton leads Trump in a four-way according to a new NYT/Siena College poll.

More importantly, this poll was conducted from September 10 to September 14th, mostly when the media clobbered Hillary for being sick, and while the media pretended Hillary's "deplorables" comments were a bad thing.

It is reasonable for me to infer that Hillary Clinton has a larger than 1% lead in Florida.

Help. Can't find any news about the "significant' Assange leaks

Julian Assanage said that he would leak some documents that would have a "significant' impact on the US elections. "Next week" passed, but I am having a hard time finding "significant" news about the leaks.

Could anyone help me find these "significant" documents?

Unless, of course, Assange was talking out of his rectal orifice a usual.
