When Biden wins, he should close the White House, and take over the Trump DC Hotel as his residence.

After an ultra deep sanitizing of the White House he can move in, but still keep the now-former Trump Hotel as a second "The People's House" in perpetuity.

Expanding SCOTUS: Wouldn't the current Court simply declare every attempt to do it unconstitutional?

Sorry if this has been covered before.
From my (limited) research, it seems like it takes legislation to expand the Court, and I think we know that every law passed to make the change would instantly be challenged in court, and I think we know exactly how the Supreme Court would rule on those laws.
Wouldn't we just be on a treadmill to oblivion, or can someone educate me about how it could actually be done?
