July 4th, a self-righteous Trumper couple saw fit to vandalize the BLM mural in Martinez Ca. I don't live there but I'm not far away, and will pull through on my way from business trip in Concord and intend to visit this site.
The culprits have been caught. Of course, they had no permit nor any shade of moral ground to do that disgusting, DEPLORABLE act.
Here's hoping the hate crime charges stick, and they do jail time.

You know you've had the PPE on too long when not only do you know it will sting removing some of it as your facial skin works at recovering it's normal shape, but...
Then when you've replaced the N95 with a regular mask, sit down and become so deeply into catching up on your charting that you open up the chocolate bar you've been craving the last two hours and try to shove it in to the pie hole through your mask... or even worse do the same with a cuppa coffee...
That's another moment you thank god your shift is almost over.
I think I had both of those foibles today.
