I live in redder than red Elkhart County Indiana...and the support for Donnelly here is unreal.

Here's your optimistic post from me today.

My drive to work is about 20 minutes, and on the way every day, there are 5 houses with Joe Donnelly signs in their front yard. One house I pass has a Mike Braun sign. Five-to-one. I'm not driving through the city either, these are rural areas I'm passing through.

I'm also my precinct chair and spend time on Saturday's canvassing for the Donnelly campaign. It was my first year getting actively involved, and I've been amazed at the number of Democrats meet when canvassing who say they've never voted in midterms before, but are sure as hell going to vote for Donnelly this November.

Paul Manafort pleads guilty in Mueller probe

Paul Manafort, President Donald Trump's former campaign chairman, has agreed with federal prosecutors to plead guilty in special counsel Robert Mueller's probe, court filings Friday show.

A superseding criminal information against Manafort, 69, was filed Friday in the District of Columbia, which alleges a conspiracy against the United States (money laundering, tax fraud, failing to file Foreign Bank Account Reports, violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and lying and misrepresenting to the Department of Justice) and a conspiracy to obstruct justice (witness tampering).

News that Manafort and special counsel Robert Mueller's office were nearing a deal was first reported by ABC News, and later confirmed by The New York Times, Reuters and Fox News.

Jury selection for the trial, in a Washington, D.C., federal court, had been scheduled to start Monday.

3000 people did not die in the two hurricanes that hit Puerto Rico. When I left the Island, AFTER the storm had hit, they had anywhere from 6 to 18 deaths. As time went by it did not go up by much. Then, a long time later, they started to report really large numbers, like 3000...

.....This was done by the Democrats in order to make me look as bad as possible when I was successfully raising Billions of Dollars to help rebuild Puerto Rico. If a person died for any reason, like old age, just add them onto the list. Bad politics. I love Puerto Rico!

Myself, a Graham supporter, just donated to Gillum. You should to.

I spent a year living in Florida and would have voted for Graham if I hadn't needed to move back to Indiana earlier this year.

Still, I'm extremely excited to have a real progressive as the nominee in Florida and just donated to his campaign. It doesn't matter to me that Graham lost, I'm ALL IN for Gillum now!!
