Literally the death panel of America in so many ways. How anyone can vote for them is beyond beyond.
Vote them all out.
https://twitter.com/QasimRashid/status/1556339481891987457Today 43 Republicans voted to keep insulin at $1200/mo instead of $35. Tomorrow every Republican will ask you to be outraged that gas is $5 instead of $3.
In the GOP world, $1200 for life saving insulin in fair play but $5 for gas is an outrage.
Vote them all out.

Just when you think they can't sink any lower... they prove that they can indeed be even more wretched that we knew them to be. Rotten to the absolute core.
What is WRONG with these people?

Headline comes from the comment section - @Mikeg1958 - Far toooooooooo good not to repeat!
On a serious note though - how the hell can we survive another month of this. As Gordon Brown said in the Guardian yesterday we are facing a humanitarian crisis and need emergency measures stat for the most at risk households in the cost of living crisis. We know the households already living on or below the poverty line tend not to earn enough to pay income tax. So - these rotten far right economic plans for tax cuts are targeted away from the most vulnerable - because the cruelty and utter lack of care is the point with this lot. And of course as inflation soars those most in need still get to contribute to the taxes incurred in the production and distribution of day to day necessities. As communities we need to pull together because we cannot rely on this shower for ANYTHING...
No.10; two headless chickens vying to replace a useless cock.

OF COURSE The Daily Mail frames it as this:
Tory fury my lily white irish arse. They have been at this for years. It is not only Sunak, it is all of them, every rotten one of them - and it is a fixture not a bug, but sure there is fury amongst the Tories 👀 Fury that he got caught saying the quiet part out loud. I am sure there was applause on the night about how people have been driven into poverty to fund fixing potholes in the Shires. As Maya Angelou said - paraphrasing - when people show you who they are believe them
As an aside one does wonder who in the Truss campaign leaked it? 🧐 I am going for Kwami - he wants Chancellor very very badly!
They are only 'furious' he said the quiet part out loud.
How the Daily Mail have positioned the New Stateman expose of Sunak (for our American friends - ex Chancellor and currently running to replace BoJo - and positioned a far second in the polls in that race) being exactly who we knew him to be is something else - so as Sunak says this...
Rishi Sunak boasted of taking money from deprived urban areas to help wealthy towns
A leaked video shows the former chancellor saying that Labour shoved all the funding into deprived urban areas and that needed to be undone.
Emphasis mine

I think Roe might be kicking their arse in the polls.
Reasonable, rational voters don't like Republicans.
