The stench of the far right pervades everywhere at the moment. Nominating is one thing, not sure the committee will see Trump as a virtuous lover and promoter of world peace somehow, cause us is the exact opposite of this. I mean if you are going to nominate the arsehole at least do it with something that could be perceived as plausible, not the fuck up that is the middle east 'peace deal'.

President Donald Trump has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by Christian Tybring-Gjedde, an anti-immigration member of the Norwegian parliament.
Tybring-Gjedde, who is a notorious anti-immigration hardliner who has made a series of inflammatory statements on the subject, explained his nomination to Fox News in an interview:

Nothing will get better with him in charge. Things will only worsen, and spouting utter nonsense about the economy is not going to cut it. Everyone knows someone who has been battered hard by 2020, even if they have not been directly effected economically or health wise. Living through a pandemic is hard work, living through a pandemic when the supposed leader of the free world thinks he can gas light his way out of it makes it much harder. These numbers need to be shoved in the face of every MAGA Trump supporting covidiot out there.

At this point not only it highly unlikely that a trade deal will be reached, they want to breach the withdrawal agreement - gotta love a far right Brexiteer government that think they can rip up legally binding international treaties because they want their empire back (the rule Britannia nonsense being a perfect example of this). NO DEAL in every sense.
They were never serious about getting a trade deal, and the only reason they negotiated the withdrawal agreement was because Parliament had tied their hands. So rip it up, tell the EU to do one... they are all ridiculous and they will not be the ones to pay the price as they wallow in their privilege.
Oh and a hard border in Ireland in 3...2...1. Dissidents causing havoc 5 minutes later. The Good Friday Agreement cannot be upheld if they rip up the withdrawal agreement, even as they spout their right wing lies and say they are doing it to protect the agreement, these English nationalists in downing street could not give a shit about Ulster.

All Nazi’s are fascists but not all fascists are Nazi’s. The face of fascism in America today does hold some parallels to Germany 1930s – but that is not the totality of American fascism by any means. American fascism relies on people going nazi be nazi (including me) and then they can point to Hitlers Horror Show and say ‘what bollocks, we look nothing like that, so of course we are not fascists’… yeah right, they are on the start of the journey which will lead to them being exactly like that, but it is a narrative that works with some who see fascists as swastika wearing, goose stepping mass murderers. One must remember that in the 20th Century fascism as a word came out of Italy, rather than Germany, and modern-day fascism is not just this narrowly defined Nazi version, although it is part of it. If these modern day American fascists get their way ‘’Soon it won’t only be black Americans who can’t breathe, but by then the white Americans turning a blind eye and deaf ear to what is happening may have found that they, too, are in a chokehold, and there is no one with enough breath left to speak for them.’’ Sarah Churchill.
Marriam Webster defines fascism as a 1. political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition, and; 2. a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control.
Based on these definitions, it is not difficult to identify those movements who make up the coalition of modern-day fascists in America. A hotch potch of groupings who have some things in common:
They hate minority communities.
They believe in their supremacy over minority communities.
They will happily give up some of their freedoms if it means minority communities are forced to give up MORE freedoms than them.
They cling to patriarchal and authoritarian power structures.
They conflate images of national identity with national supremacy.
They blindly worship the ‘dear leader’ and spread his propaganda.
They support violent rhetoric and actions for political ends.
They would cede democracy to give more power to their goals of suppression of other.
I could go on but I think you get the point. Nazi be Nazi. Nazi be Fascist. Fascist be Fascist. Anyone who supports Trump at this time are embracing a uniquely American fascism and one might suggest that MAGA, with the insignia and the rallies and blustering rants of a wannabee despot, can be reasonably described as an American symbol of fascism for the 21st Century.

The contempt he has for America and Americans know no bounds...
Waking up to headline after headline about Trump ratcheting up his white nationalist, white power politics, and some about his overt racism before his Presidency, one thing is clear, he is not trying to hide his white supremacist beliefs anymore. This not just xenophobia or bigotry – this is a full on in your face call to a deluded base of confederate hangovers who need to have someone else to hate, because the land of free has been pretty shit for them in so many ways…even though they refuse to look outside of this hate to see that there could be a better way. Blinded by hate of other you see.
But on a morning when leaks from the Cohen book tell us that Trump said Obama got into Harvard Law because of 'fucking affirmative action and 'accused Nelson Mandela of turning South Africa into a 'shithole' - because of course he did (I won’t get into the golden showers cause *shudder*)
On a weekend when the racist in chief cancels racial sensitivity training for all federal employees because it is 'un-American propaganda' with classes on 'critical race theory' and 'white privilege' as a 'sickness in our country'. Of course the best way to tackle systemic racism is to support people in recognising their micro aggressions in the work place, and he certainly would not want to create a diverse workforce where all are talents are recognised – hater in chief can’t have that.
In a week when he went to Kenosha and said that protesters were domestic terrorists, while not condemning the actual Trump adorer far right domestic terrorist who shot dead two protestors – it was always going to be this way.
So, the question comes to this. At this point can anyone who still supports him claim to not be racist? He is aggressively slapping his racism around the face of America. His divisive and hate filled rhetoric is emboldened by a time of chaos due to the pandemic and economic collapse and he is filling the void left by his lack of leadership, to show all of us who he is - racist to the very core of his being. Right now – in this time – if people are still supporting him then, yep, racist be very very racist indeed. He has stripped away any excuses he gave voters in the past to support him, even though they may have been troubled by some of the language he used on race. He is now so overt in promoting a race war that only a racist could possibly vote for him. MAGA is the new KKK and needs to be booted into history in November.

They are looking to crack as many skulls as possible with the explicit permission of the man who is supposed to be the protector of said constitution. Generally speaking insurgents are enemies of the state and, be in doubt, this is a moving coup against the people and governance of the United States of America. If they get away it ...That was when they suspended the Constitution. They said it would be temporary. The President is on the side of the terrorists and insurgents and they cannot be allowed to cheat and terrorise their way to fraudulent election success. The stakes have never been higher. Not just for America but for the free world...we need America back as well. Any other outcome is unthinkable...
