Sogo's JournalThe House Manager from VI is quite good!
She delivers with passion and conviction....
Well, the Rs who say they don't have jurisdiction over this impeachment,
will say that they therefore can't vote to convict.
The end.
I can't stop laughing....
Between Trump's lawyers and the comments on DU, I'm gone....
Are we back to the people having to decide this, not the Senate?
Yep. You can dodge this decision, Senators....After all, there's an election coming up in 2024....
Do yourself a favor and turn on the "Find My" setting on your iPhone....
I saved myself a lot of trouble and heartache by being able to find my iPhone, which had fallen out of my purse and into a box in my car.
When I was out getting groceries and then couldnt find my phone in the car, I went back to the stores where I had been, but no one had turned it in.....I drove home very sad that I had lost my phone....After I was home for a couple of hours, I remembered that a neighbor of mine had encouraged me months ago to turn on the Find My setting on my phone. So, I grabbed my iPad and followed instructions for how to use Find My, and low and behold, it said my phone was within 150 feet. I knew that must mean it was out in the garage in the car, so I headed out there with my iPad, and once in the car, I hit the notify sound button, and the phone began to ring in the car. Eureka I found it!! (Or I should say Find My found it!)
I was so glad that I had turned on the Find My setting on my phone!!!
EDIT to say thank you for the ❤️....😊
I wonder if the House Impeachment Managers
will show footage of the House Reps and Senators conducting tours the day before the insurrection....
There's got to be footage....
Evict his ass.
I'm sure he would have shown no leniency for tenants of his properties.....

Palm Beach Conducting Legal Review Of Trumps Use Of Mar-A-Lago As A Residence
On Wednesday, the former president will again violate the seven-consecutive-day limit he agreed to as a condition of turning the residence into a club.
The town of Palm Beach, Florida, is reviewing Donald Trumps use of his Mar-a-Lago Club as a residence, even as the former president is set to once again violate a length-of-stay provision he himself agreed to three decades ago.
At 11:32 a.m. Wednesday, Trump will have been at his property for more than seven consecutive days in 2021, having arrived a week earlier, half an hour before his successor, Joe Biden, was sworn in at the U.S. Capitol.
A 1993 special exception use permit that Trump signed, allowing him to convert the mansion into a for-profit social club, stipulated that only 10 guest accommodations were allowed, and that no one would stay there longer than seven days, and not more than three times a year.
Palm Beach Mayor Kirk Blouin told HuffPost that Trumps apparent decision to live there permanently is being examined by the towns lawyer. This matter is under legal review by our Town Attorney, John Skip Randolph, Blouin said, adding that the matter may come before the town council at its Feb. 8 meeting.
Randolph confirmed that he is reviewing the issue, but said he has not made any preliminary findings.
