16. Our Founding Fathers never saw this coming.

Equal branches, checks and balances, etc. This is the real problem. Since so much that is currently occurring has no precedents the constitutional scholars are at a loss. What can be done? This is completely uncharted territory and the 25th Amend., The Emoluments Claus, pardons....is not being addressed and will not be enforced. We have TREASON committed on national and state levels and the media is involved as well. This is beyond a constitutional crisis!
