It appears there isn't enough to make legal claims to threats. More would be needed.

Next would be the aspect of collusion between lawyers. I don't think we have seen enough to make a determination but I imagine a judge would take that extremely seriously. Is that a current part of Avenatti's submission?

Next is her getting out of the agreement. Without proving the previous paragraph I don't see how they have any case.

I believe what Avenatti is doing is going on a fishing expedition. One where he has already brought in a couple of nice catches. Seems he needs to get his hands on others documents in order to have any case at all.

I'm not sure it matters outside of the collusion between lawyers with respect to public consumption and further damage to Trump, at this point. Stormy and Trump have already broken the agreement. Stormy has gone public with the agreement in place.

Avenatti seems to be pretty good at moving forward with very little and getting others to foolishly respond. Good for TV. Often insignificant in court. That said, he has had some luck pushing the courts and his more recent filings have been a lot more professional than the shit show that was his original Stormy filing. He also seems to have great PI's working for him.

It's my understanding this is the only suit Stormy currently has filed. The judge refused to move on it and Avenatti states that he is going to appeal very soon.
