Funeral costs is a perfect example. Also emergency room costs when there is no other choice except to die. The rich will always be able to afford better health care but the current system is so damn lopsided toward the interests of money that the poor and working classes are generally left to the mercy of charity or they risk facing insurmountable debt. If charity were enough, these kind of problems would have been solved a long time ago.
